8.3Verified guest“The double room was enormous and the food was delightful. Having cable channels, ironing facilities, and a writing desk was a bonus. The view was particularly nice and the service was terrific. The location seemed wonderful, close to everything in town.”
8.3Verified guest“A couple of weeks ago I was in Mexico City and stayed at the hotel. The room was the best – quite spacious and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the lighting was bad because no sunlight came in during the day. The cleaning service was the best and staff were very attentive at all times. The location is unbeatable as you are just a few steps from Paseo de la Reforma, and the area is very quiet and safe. The beds are too hard; it would be great if they were a little softer.”
8.3Verified guest“Well-maintained unit with a nice view.”
8.3Verified guest“I’ll start by saying that a lot of people misjudge the Wi-Fi. Yes, it’s necessary, but you can still buy a SIM card, and it’s very cheap in Mexico. The relationship between location, comfort, and price is excellent. The hotel is mega well located in the centre, and the price was very accessible compared to other hotels in the area. I loved the attention of the staff and concierges – they even have free parking. Breakfast is not included, but it costs about $9 and is a delicious buffet, very varied with excellent service. The rooms are clean – they clean the bathroom and change the water daily! My recommendation is to ask for your keys to be validated whenever you arrive because sometimes they get out of order. In short, it’s a simple, clean, well-located, and basic hotel. Yes, maybe the Wi-Fi is bad, but for me, it wasn’t a problem. I really loved it.”
8.3Verified guest“Location and cost-benefit ratio are the best thing about the hotel. It’s two blocks from Paseo de la Reforma (towards the Angel of Independence), and from there it’s easy to get around with the metrobus. Staff were very attentive and friendly except at the reception. I usually don’t eat at hotel restaurants because the food isn’t always nice or cheap, but here they do have good food and good service – they exceeded my expectations. Regarding the rooms: they aren’t modern but clean, and I have no complaints. Another note: during rainy days and water cuts, the hotel always had water available.”
8.3Verified guest“Excellent location and the restaurant is quite good, at a very good price. They invoice well.”
